Dance Recital

My niece Lily just completed her first year of ballet lessons and performed in a dance recital that was beyond adorable. Here is my little star

Robert & Michelle’s engagement session

Robert and Michelle’s wedding day is almost here! I’m looking forward to seeing their smiles and hearing their laughter again after spending some time together for their engagement session. We almost didn’t think that we would get to take engagement photos last weekend as we watched the sideways rain and hail come down. After trying a couple covered areas however, the rain stopped and the sun broke through as if it had been beautiful all day…. whoo hoo!

C Thomas Johnson

My friend Chad just released a new solo album (myspace.com/cthomasjohnson) and needed a few photos for promo. We couldn’t resist taking advantage of this ‘no trespassing’ area in Fairhaven…

While we were taking Chad’s pictures, little Jackson couldn’t handle not having all eyes on him and jumped into a couple shots. So cute!

Brian & Ashley

Brian & Ashley’s wedding last weekend was a great example of a simple yet stunning wedding. The ceremony was followed by an afternoon tea at the church where the room was filled with colorful tea pots and delicate finger foods.  Before the ceremony I took the couple into Fairhaven for some portraits…

This particular shot is becoming a hot request by brides  who have seen my portfolio (taken at the Ferry Terminal)

I was pleased to have Eric Dustrude assisting me again and love this reflection shot he took. It is always fun to see the different angles and ideas that my assistants come up with.

Ashley’s mom, Kimberly, could not have been more proud of her daughter.
