It’s Spring … I think!
Last weekend I was inspired to photograph some of the spring blooms popping up around our property after David and I went on a nature walk through the woods. The below flower was first found when I didn’t have my camera with me and David used his boyscout skills to lead me back to it … somewhere in the back forty!
The next morning I woke up to a beautiful winter wonderland and figured I’d finish off my ‘Spring’ photoshoot. Here is a glance at the beauty I am blessed with right in my backyard…

Precious!
My brother and sister in law have their hands full with the rowdy bunch below. The boys have grown so fast, and are learning so much everyday. Emma continues to be an adorable princess who can get anything from her auntie by batting her little eye lashes. You can view their recent gallery by CLICKING HERE.

Don’t blink… you’ll miss the sunshine
Steve and Oralie could not have picked a more beautiful spring day to do their engagement photos up in White Rock, BC. The sunshine last Saturday was a much needed break from the cold. It was such a pleasure to stroll the beach and hang out with this fun couple. I’m looking forward to see all the plans unfold that Oralie has been preparing for the wedding.

Back on the farm!
After the engagement session in White Rock, I met up with Oralie’s sister, Elana and her fiance Joe at the farm. I felt right at home at Joe’s hay farm and enjoyed playing in the fields and on the tractors with this couple. I’m looking forward to their wedding this fall which is going to be held on a boat up in Vancouver.
